Georgia Families gives you choices for your health care! Choose a health plan and a Primary Care Provider for each member in your family who is in Medicaid or PeachCare for Kids.

Enrolling is easy. There are four fast and easy ways to enroll in Georgia Families:

1. Call 1-888-GA-ENROLL (423-6765) to enroll by phone,
2. Mail or fax your enrollment form to Georgia Families,
3. Enroll in your community with a Georgia Families staff member. (Find a community enrollment session near you.)
4. Enroll online.
