Georgia Families gives you choices for your health care! Choose a health plan and a Primary Care Provider for each member in your family who is in Medicaid or PeachCare for Kids.

Enrolling is easy. There are 4 fast and easy ways you can enroll in Georgia Families:

1. Call 1-888-GA-ENROLL (423-6765) to enroll by phone,
2. Mail or fax your enrollment form to Georgia Families, or
