Woman on phone. One of the best things about being in a health plan is that you get answers when you need them. You can call your health plan's Member Services number anytime, if you have a question. You also get help finding doctors and specialists. Each health plan has its own special programs, so be sure to find out what they are, and make the most of your membership.
